Trump Call Leaks — And It Proves He Was Right All Along

You may remember a story published in early January, spread by various outlets, seeking to undermine Trump’s election integrity efforts.

Soon after November 3, Trump and his team started fighting what they believed what widespread voter fraud. The mainstream media, even Fox News, tried to suppress this news, claiming there were no signs of fraud anywhere in the country. But anyone with half a brain could see something was very fishy in numerous states.

Still, the media did everything they could to paint Trump like a sore loser and prop up Sleepy Joe as the rightful winner of the election. In January, the Washington Post and Wall Street Journal accused Trump of ordering Georgia to “find the fraud,” suggesting he was pressuring the state to create evidence of his claims.

That report went a long way in discrediting Trump’s claims—even though both papers cited “anonymous sources.”

Well, what do you know? The audio of the call is now being released. And Trump never said that.

Initial reports by CNN and The Washington Post said that Trump urged Watson to “find the fraud,” telling her she would be a “national hero,” according to archived versions of the stories. The president said neither line, according to the audio recording… Both outlets cited a single source familiar with the call. It is unknown whether each outlet spoke with the same anonymous source to get the falsified quotes. [Source: Daily Wire]

How convenient this would come out after Trump is out of office. It’s like they planned to release the real audio when it was safe to do so—long after anything could be done about the election.

Trump was not happy about this development and he blasted the MSM over their continued dishonesty.

Trump claimed such “establishment media errors, omissions, mistakes, and outright lies always slant one way—against me and against Republicans,” and noted “stories that hurt Democrats or undermine their narratives are buried, ignored, or delayed until they can do the least harm—for example, after an election is over.” He contrasted the coverage of the COVID-19 vaccine before and after the election as an example.

“A strong democracy requires a fair and honest press,” Trump concluded. “This latest media travesty underscores that legacy media outlets should be regarded as political entities—not journalistic enterprises.” [Source: Daily Wire]

While Trump’s overall tone is much more measured than his previous attacks against the press, it is no less damning. He torches the media for making “mistakes” that always hurt him or Republicans. The press always seems to have an “unnamed” source that provides inaccurate, damning information against conservatives. Often, these sources are proven to be false, but rarely is the press held accountable.

The media does this all the time. They spread fake news, knowing it will go far and wide. Their retractions come much later and rarely reach the same number of readers. That way, they can lie as much as they want and not suffer any consequences.

The only silver lining is that now, with Trump out of office, outlets that were limping along will soon be out of a job. Without daily Trump news to spin, who will bother reading their garbage?
