Former President Trump released a message Sunday saying that Biden must “immediately finish the wall” to stop the inflow of illegals crossing the border.
“They must finish the wall, which can be completed in just weeks – they shouldn’t have stopped it,” the statement read. “They are causing human tragedy and death. On top of the obvious, drugs are coming in at record amounts through the border, not to mention human trafficking. Biden’s dangerous policies are encouraging crimes against humanity. Our nation is being destroyed!”
Trump went on to say that DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’ interview on a Sunday show was a “national disaster.”
“His presentation – in the center of the massive disaster he helped to create – is more proof he is not capable of leading the Department of Homeland Security,” the press release said. “Even someone of his limited abilities should know that if you release illegals then the whole world will come.”
Last month, U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported that they had found 100,441 people trying to enter through the southern border.
