Over 140 people in Houston have tested positive for Covid even though they were fully vaccinated. That’s according to information from the city’s Health Department, which found the people got infected more than two weeks after getting the vaccine.
Health experts claim this is not unexpected because the vaccine is not completely effective.
“People’s immune systems are different. There will be some rare individuals who will be infected after vaccinations., explained Dr. Long of Houston Methodist Hospital. “If you have been vaccinated and are infected, your infection will be mild compared to if you were unvaccinated.”
