Psaki Cornered Over Russian Pipeline Approval — Her Response Will Floor You

Biden’s Press Secretary, Jen Psaki, was trapped by a conservative reporter on Thursday afternoon when he asked about why President Biden stopped the Keystone pipeline in the US but approved of Russia’s Nord Stream 2 pipeline.

Biden enacted his executive order stopping the Keystone XL pipeline within hours after taking office on January 20, 2021. In so doing, he destroyed thousands of good paying jobs.

Republicans and Democrats are slamming President Biden for the Nord Stream 2 approval and questioning how it helps our national security.

“I am opposed to the choice by the Biden White House to stop sanctions on Russia. I ask the administration to continue with the mandated sanctions. The Biden team has said the pipeline is a Russian influence project. A belief I share, but I do not understand how today’s choice will advance our effort to counter Russian aggression,” Bob Menendez, the Chairman of the Senator Foreign Relations Committee, said in a statement.

Former Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell is labeling Biden’s decision a gift to Putin.
