Former President Trump once again supported and praised the Freedom Convoy protest and said, “A line was been crossed. You are either with the truckers or you are with the liberal fascists,” this Saturday during his speech at CPAC.
Trump called out liberal Canadian PM Justin Trudeau’s tyrannical reply to the peaceful Freedom Convoy trucker protest against widespread public health mandates.
Trump said:
“The tyranny we have seen in Canada recently should dismay and shock people all over the world. In a Western democracy, the peaceful protest of patriotic truckers and families supporting their basic rights has been violently put down.”
“Their life savings were frozen. They have been slandered as terrorists. They have been arrested and charged with phony crimes and falsely accused of loyalty to foreign nations. I watched them. I saw the Maple Leafs on the flags and the love for their nation. Lots of Americans were there as well, and they love our nation.”
Trump added that Trudeau is now hunting down the peaceful protesters “such as enemies of their own government” and treating them “worse than murderers and rapists.”
He then drew a line in the sand, stating, “A line has now been crossed. You are either with these peaceful truckers or you are with the liberal fascists.”
“And it has been a strong line. We stand with the freedom truckers and with the Canadian people in their push to reclaim their freedom,” Trump said.
Trump then discussed our country and stated that Americans should stand up and “declare independence from all COVID mandates.”
“Right here in America. It is far past time to be independent from every last coronavirus mandate. It is time,” Trump stated. He also said, “With one voice Americans should insist that the emergency is now over and we will submit to this liberal tyranny no longer.”
Trump this talked about the start of the coronavirus pandemic, he let governors determine their response, but he stressed that GOP governors’ efforts were better than their Dem counterparts. He slammed Democrat governors for harming our kids with mask mandates and only lifting their mandates in the months before the crucial midterms.
