Jared Polis, the Colorado governor, has signed the House Bill 22-1279 into law. This bill allows abortions for the duration of the pregnancy, up until delivery.
The Reproductive Health Equity Act, which “Modernizes” Colorado’s abortion law by giving women unrestricted access to terminate their pregnancy in the womb, claims to do just that.
A fertilized human egg, fetus or embryo, does not have derivative or independent rights under the state’s laws, according to the law. It prohibits any public organization from “deny[ing], restrict[ing], discriminating against or interfering with an individual’s basic right to use or refuse contraception, continue a pregnancy, give birth, or terminate a pregnancy.”

A new video from the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) reveals Planned Parenthood officials and their affiliates admitting to conducting horrendous experiments and human exploitation, confirming what pro-life advocates have long claimed is true.
According to Advanced Bioscience Resources’ Perrin Larton, the procurement manager, she has terminated fetuses that have hearts that are “beating independently” after being extracted from the womb. The infants are subsequently killed and dismembered by the abortionist in these circumstances.
“Larton revealed that sometimes the fetuses will be intact. It happens every couple of months.” The technicians would “dissect” the baby “to get the tissues that the scientists have asked for.”
“I can see hearts that aren’t in an intact P.O.C., which is a product of conception,” Larton says – admitting that as newborns come out of the womb with a heartbeat, they are disassembled for parts.
