The Satanic Temple has filed a lawsuit against a Pennsylvania elementary school after the institution rejected their offer to indoctrinate kids in an after-school club.
The Satanic Temple is demanding that it be given free reign to consume the souls of children. They are bringing a lawsuit against the York, Penn Northern Elementary School, arguing that their 1st Amendment rights have been violated.
“I’m hoping that with us being here people will see that good people may have different views on the same mythology, even if they’re not intending to do any harm,” stated Lucien Greaves, who works as a spokesperson for the Satanic Temple.
“If they refuse to let us use a public facility that we have a right to, we’ll have to go into litigation, which will be very costly for the community,” he continued. Admitting their plan to utilize lawfare as part of their strategy in getting children to worship demons.
We’ve reported on the Satanic Temple’s legal challenge to Texas’ abortion ban, alleging that killing infants in the womb is a religious ritual for them.
“The Satanic Temple is attempting to overturn recently passed Texas abortion restrictions, arguing that their religious beliefs give them the right to lawfully terminate a developing fetus past a detected heartbeat.”
The Church of Scientology put a statement on its website in which it claims to stand “prepared to assist” any of its members who wish to break the law. The Temple has pushed for an exemption under its own religious freedom legislation, Texas Religious Freedom Restoration Act (TRFRA).
Members of the Satanic Temple also lobbied the FDA on behalf of its Texas affiliates to provide them with abortion pills, arguing that as a faith-based organization, they would qualify for a religious exemption under the law.
The Temple, which promises to “generate attention and urge people to reexamine fears and preconceptions,” used the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, which also allows certain American Indians to use specific drugs in religious ceremonies.
This goes to show that evil is always working overtime to come for America’s children. Even using our own legal system against us.
