Tucker Carlson Returns To Twitter Thanks To Elon Musk

Following the news that Tesla CEO Elon Musk has struck a $44 billion deal to acquire Twitter, several well-known conservative figures have returned to the social media site.

Fox Business reports that following Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter, Tucker Carlson, Mark Levin, and other conservative personalities have returned to the social network. Previously, Carlson was banned from Twitter for sharing the Babylon Bee’s satirical news items.

After the Babylon Bee published a satirical story naming Rachel Levine, who is transgender and was born Richard Levine, the “Man of the Year” for 2022, Twitter alleged that its material violated regulations against “hateful behavior.”

Seth Dillon, the CEO of the Babylon Bee, was told by Twitter on March 20th that his account was inaccessible due to a tweet that linked to the “Man of the Year” article.

Tucker Carlson of Fox News was banned from Twitter after he retweeted the Babylon Bee’s post and another from Charlie Kik in which he said that Levine had “gone through the last 54 years of his life as a man.”

However, in a subsequent tweet simply stating: “We’re back,” Carlson posted screen captures of both tweets, implying that he was banned from the platform as a result. Carlson has since resumed posting to Twitter.

Fox News host and conservative speaker Mark Levin who voluntarily left the social network also announced his return to the site.

If everything goes as we hope on Twitter, the glory days of conservatives owning libs could return. This was the time when conservatives easily got hashtags to trend and caused many freak-out moments among the left.

Then again, the powers that be could find a way to control Twitter using a different approach.

There has been discussions in the past about limiting freedom of speech through use of a social credit score which would take into account a person’s social media posts. Because of this, we know the possibilities for censorship are actually much wider than just Twitter employees deleting anything that upsets them.

If conservatives really want to fight and win their free speech back, we must retake the White House in 2024.
