NBC Admits Americans Are Angry–but Refuse to Explain Why

Democrats were really hoping that the massive tax-and-spend bill they just passed was going to save their midterm asses. But a sloppy spending bill that will raise taxes on most Americans won’t erase two years of broken promises, endless crises, and pathetic incompetence.

Joe Biden and his Democrats ran this country into the ground. We had many years of prosperity, even strong recovery at the end of 2020. Then, Joe and his cronies took over and it all went away. Inflation is so bad that it has virtually wiped out millions of Americans’ savings.

But a new poll from NBC forced Democrats to take the blinders off. Even then, they refused to cop to the truth.

Todd said, “We are less than three months before the Midterms and our brand new NBC News poll paints a pretty bleak picture. Americans are angry. They are disappointed, and they are worried about the future of this country.”

He continued, “Just 21% of adults say we are headed in the right direction. Once again three out of four Out of 4 Americans say we are on the wrong track. In fact, this number never before in this poll has this wrong track number been over 70% for this long. It’s been nearly a year now. 58% say America’s best years are behind us. That’s an all-time high in our polls.” [Source: Breitbart]

Okay, let’s break this down. NBC released a very-much midterm-focused poll. The poll revealed that 74% of those asked said the country was on the wrong track. Only 21% claimed America was on the right track. Chuck Todd claimed that Americans are “angry” and are “disappointed.” He said they are “worried about the future of this country.”

All true. Joe Biden and his party tanked our future. They triggered runaway inflation by spending our money and shutting down our energy industry. They have refused to reverse course, making things much worse by pushing more and more of the same bad, socialist policy.

Yet, true to form, the liberal media refused to take responsibility for their party’s failures. Todd asked who is behind this “rise in pessimism.” But his claim was to blame both parties. He said that Americans “don’t like either party” and they “don’t like anyone in power.”

Oh, big swing and a miss, Chuck.

First of all, who’s in power right now, Chuck? Who? Um… a Democrat named Joe Biden. Who has the majority in Congress? That’s right, Democrats.

Who can’t, at the moment, get anything done because their bills don’t move through Congress, nor can they sign anything into law because they don’t have the White House? Republicans.

If Americans are angry at anyone, they are angry at Democrats—who promised the world and failed to deliver.

Todd dishonestly tries to spread the blame, even when Democrats are entirely to blame for the recession, gas prices, inflation, the border crisis, Afghanistan, Ukraine, rising crime, the supply chain, and the housing market collapse.

Democrats did nothing as Biden sabotaged our country. Actually, no—they helped him, by voting on bills that plunged us deeper into ruin.

But Todd is too arrogant and obsessed with power to admit the truth. He still points to Trump, claiming he is more unpopular than Democrats.

Even though Trump hasn’t been in power in two years and isn’t running for office this year.

This is how morally bankrupt Democrats have become. They see the writing on the wall. They know they are to blame for America’s decline. They know that Americans blame them and are angry.

Yet they still try to use Trump as a scapegoat.
