Joe Biden has left our Southern border open for nearly two years. Pleas from Texas and Arizona have been ignored. So, leaders from these states had no choice but to start shipping these illegal aliens to Democrat-run cities.
And all hell broke loose.
Liberal mayors are outraged that Texas and Arizona are sending them these aliens. In D.C., the mayor declared a public emergency, after a few buses showed up. A public emergency. Really? This liberal has ignored the border, until these buses started rolling up. Now, border sheriffs are unloading on these hypocrite Democrats.
Sheriffs dealing with the crisis at the southern border are taking aim at Washington, D.C., for declaring a public emergency over the migrants that have been bused into the sanctuary city by Texas and Arizona — and bristling at claims that the buses have turned D.C. into a “border town.”
“They have seen nothing. They are not a border town. They don’t know what a border town is,” Goliad County, Texas, Sheriff Roy Boyd told Fox News Digital…
“I think it’s all a bunch of political grandstanding, trying to get themselves some attention and squeeze a little bit of money out of the federal government or somewhere else that they can use for whatever they think it’s needed for,” Boyd said. “If they want to see what it looks like. They can come down here for us. It’s being shoved on us by the federal government and their policies and their lack of enforcement.” [Source: Fox News]
Sheriffs from border towns in Texas and Arizona blasted Democrat mayor of D.C. for calling a few buses of illegals a public emergency.
One sheriff slammed her, saying, she has “seen nothing.” Border towns in Texas have been overrun by illegals. Communities are in constant danger as aliens stage “bailouts” as they flee from police. These smugglers race through towns at top speed, endangering residents.
Private property is being trampled by illegals. Americans are in risk constantly, as millions pour over the border.
But the federal government has ignored all requests for help.
Yet Bowser has the right to bleed funds from the government over a few migrants?
Another sheriff hit back, saying this was just a ruse by Bowser to get some quick cash. Just to “grandstand” while she does nothing in reality.
The governor of Texas invited these mayors to visit the border to see what he’s dealing with. But none of them, to date, has taken him up on that offer. Even with the buses coming, Democrats ignore the border, putting their heads in the sand.
Democrats all over the country ignore the border crisis, because it just doesn’t affect them. They’d rather force Texas to deal with these illegals. But when they send a few migrants their way, suddenly its a problem.
But even then, they refuse to tell Joe to fix the border.
