We all know Democrats have long claimed to be the “anti-racist” party. They so leaned into race politics, that they’ve all but called Republicans (and anyone else that opposes their socialist agenda) to be racists. If you were to believe the left, they are the only ones who respect and “celebrate” people of all races and skin colors.
But more often than not, when you peel back a powerful Democrat, you find an ugly racist.
Democrats have so long controlled minorities, that they seem to think they are their puppets. Democrats promise black people the world, but rarely deliver when in office. And when elections roll around, they just expect black voters to rally around their candidates.
But what happens when a prominent Democrat exposes her true colors? You won’t believe what the city council president of Los Angeles said.
Los Angeles City Council President Nury Martinez is facing calls to step down after leaked audio revealed her making openly racist remarks, including those about a White colleague’s young Black son…
“They’re raising him like a little White kid,” Martinez said, according to the recording leaked on Reddit. “I was like, ‘This kid needs a beatdown. Let me take him around the corner and then I’ll bring him back.”‘
Martinez also called Bonin’s son “ese changuito,” Spanish for “that little monkey.” […]
Martinez also derided Los Angeles County District George Gascón after the group pondered whether Gascón would endorse Cedillo in his re-election campaign against Eunessis Hernandez.
“F— that guy … He’s with the Blacks,” Martinez is heard saying, according to FOX 11 Los Angeles. [Source: Fox News]
Wow. How many times will Democrats shoot themselves in their own feet? The city council president of Los Angeles was recorded at least twice making racist comments about black people. She criticized fellow council member Mike Bonin, a white man who is raising a black child. She even called the young toddler “ese changuito,” which is Spanish for “that little monkey.”
Dang. It gets worse, though. She criticized Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón, who has faced recall threats from the public. She cursed him out, saying “He’s with the blacks.”
It’s hard to understand why Martinez has such hostility toward black Americans. Perhaps she is bitter over Democrats prioritizing black Americans over Hispanics politically? Or, bottom line, she is just a racist.
Whatever the reasoning, this will surely doom her career. Democrats face an uphill battle this November. And many will sour on California Democrats after these comments come out. The party will turn on Martinez and try to force her out. It is likely she will resign in disgrace, and try to mount a comeback sometime later.
But this doesn’t change the reality that Democrats are harboring racists within their party. They seem to think that as long as someone says the “right things” publicly, they can look down on others behind closed doors.
It’s all about appearances for Democrats, not character. We’ve seen this again and again.
When will America wake up and stop supporting this toxic party?
