When the Supreme Court overturn Roe v. Wade this summer, Democrats thought it was a saving grace. After failing to lead the country for two years, liberals tried to use this new development as their main focus for the midterms. They simply assumed voters would rush to the polls and elect Democrats if they promised to legalize abortion at the state and federal levels.
But, as usual, Democrats overplayed their hand. Instead of simply promising to protect Roe v. Wade-style protections, they went overboard. Democrats have advocated for extreme abortion policies, such as abortion on demand and abortion at all stages of a pregnancy. Some even want no limits on abortion, even after birth.
And now, Biden is ensuring his party will alienate every last moderate voter, with his hypocritical claims.
President Joe Biden defended Roe v. Wade and the national right to abortion on Tuesday during a campaign rally in Florida arguing no one knows when life officially begins in the womb.
“I’m a practicing Catholic. I’ve supported Roe vs. Wade,” he said. “And the reason I support Roe vs. Wade is the most rational basis upon which confessional faiths can agree: No one knows precisely when does human life begin.”

Why hasn’t the Catholic Church officially kicked Biden out yet? He falsely claimed that “confessional faiths” agree that no one knows when life begins. Except both the Bible and the Catholic doctrine state that life begins at conception, in the mother’s womb.
For Biden to twist this reality is blatantly deceptive. He is simply carrying water for his party, which has become radically abortion-only. This isn’t going to go over well with most voters. While not all moderates are pro-life, they certainly don’t embrace abortion with zero limitations.
Only in the deepest blue parts of the country will you see voters happily supporting no-limit abortion. But even many Democrats would disagree. They might not be pro-life, but they don’t support policies that allow babies to be exterminated right as they leave the womb.
But that is the platform the Democratic Party is now pushing. They want all limits removed from abortion. They want to shut down pregnancy centers, which provide care for low-income mothers. They want to create a scenario where only rich, liberal families can have babies. Everyone else will have to choose abortion.
Joe Biden, a so-called moderate, is doing nothing to stop them. He seems fully supportive of extremist views that violate our constitutional rights and basic human decency.
Not that he cares, so long as he gets what he wants.
