Joe Biden has routinely refused to cop to his many failures in the White House. Even as the signs are right in front of his face, the Democrat puppet pretends like everything’s fine. This is especially true when it comes to the economy, his biggest failure by far.
Biden has even recently claimed we are “not anywhere near a recession right now.” That might be what his handlers told him to say, but everyone who has to put food on the table knows differently. In recent weeks, we’ve seen major companies announce massive layoffs.
And now, the biggest businessman in the world is defying Biden.
“The economy does not look great right now,” Bezos told CNN on Saturday. “Things are slowing down. You’re seeing layoffs in many, many sectors of the economy. The probabilities say if we’re not in a recession right now, we’re likely to be in one very soon.”
The billionaire entrepreneur declined to estimate how long he thinks the recession would last but cautioned people to prepare for a time of economic struggle.
“Take as much risk off the table as you can,” he said. “Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.” [Source: Just the News]
As Biden keeps playing as if everything’s fine, Jeff Bezos revealed we are either in a recession or soon to be in one. This comes as Amazon, the largest and most powerful retailer in the world, prepares to lay off around 10,000 employees. That’s the largest job cut in the company’s history.
Disney announced historic losses and will be laying off employees. Twitter cut its workforce in half, laying off over 3,000 employees. And Meta owner Jeff Zuckerberg just laid off 18,000 workers from Facebook and other sections of its company.
And this is just for starters. Some of the largest companies in the country are firing employees because they foresee the recession. They are cutting back to avoid pain as Biden’s idiocy continues to pile up problems. High gas prices, rampant inflation, a broken supply chain and more aren’t being fixed.
Biden ignores our economy, sticking his old head in the sand. And things are only getting worse. Even voters believed Biden’s lies and helped secure key wins for Democrats in the midterms. The economic decline will only accelerate after that, as Democrats refuse to learn from their mistakes.
Perhaps something really bad has to happen, before Joe and liberal voters wake up? God only knows what that could be.
