For years, we’ve heard about how Communist-run China has been oppressing its people. The corrupt regime denies citizens their rights. They are even spying on Chinese citizens, invading their privacy to control their every thought and action.
But we were disgusted to find out that American company Apple has been helping China in its crusade against human rights. The company–which has long championed liberal causes in the U.S.–was outed for helping the communist country shut down dissent among residents.
This revelation shocked and outraged Americans. But what was even worse was Biden’s response.
On Wednesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “The Story,” White House NSC Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby responded to Apple limiting the AirDrop file-sharing feature in China by stating that the White House isn’t “in the business of telling private companies how to execute their initiatives.” And the situation with Apple is different from the circumstances with Twitter that the White House has promised to watch…
MacCallum then cut in to ask, “Yeah, but Twitter’s a private company, too. So, why is Twitter getting one treatment and Apple’s getting another is my question?”
Kirby answered, “Well, those are completely two different circumstances. You’re talking about the potential for perhaps foreign investment and involvement in the management of Twitter. That’s a different issue than what we’re talking about here, which is a business decision by Apple with respect to how one of their applications is being utilized.” [Source: Breitbart]
Wow. The bull is really getting thick in the White House. One of Biden’s goons, John Kirby, said the administration will not get involved in Apple helping a corrupt, communist regime suppress its citizens.
Yet this White House is all too happy to stop Elon Musk from making Twitter a free speech platform. Kirby even had the audacity to claim Twitter was getting “foreign investment and involvement.” Really? When hasn’t China been investing in and controlling American companies?
That’s exactly what’s happening with Apple! But when Elon Musk, an American citizen, buys Twitter and frees it from censorship, Biden comes up with this bogus claim that it’s being controlled by foreign entities.
The hypocrisy is so loud it’s deafening. Keep in mind, Biden hasn’t had any problem with interfering with American companies before. He has forced 100 million Americans to get the vaccine, pressuring companies to fire those who didn’t.
Biden is interfering with American oil production, refusing to lease federal land for drilling. He’s interfered with churches and schools over gay and trans rights.
He and Democrats have pressured companies across the country to embrace far-left environmentalism. Yet when an American company is helping China, suddenly Biden’s hands off?
Maybe it has to do with the fact that Biden (and most Democrats) are in bed with China? Biden wouldn’t dare confront this communist regime, because China owns so many American CEOs and politicians.
Disgusting.
