Democrats might deny it, but few Americans can. Joe Biden is a failed president. But its worst than just his bad decisions that triggered countless crises and pain for Americans. He is a dictator who has little respect for Congress and our federal judges–not to mention the states.
Biden, like his hero Obama, seems to think he can do whatever he wants no questions asked. He has frequently gone around Congress to push his agenda, in direct violation of the Constitution’s limits. He has pushed back whenever states tried to curtail his rampant abuse of power.
But he has dropped to a new low, after he made this wild claim about judges.
The Biden administration argued in a Supreme Court immigration case Tuesday that states have no standing to sue the federal government over illegal immigration policies, and courts lack the power to strike them down anyway…
Prelogar also shocked justices across the judicial spectrum by arguing that Section 706 of the APA did not give courts the power to vacate agency actions, despite the fact that there have been thousands of cases doing so over the past 80 years, many of which have been affirmed by the Supreme Court over that lengthy period.

This may seem confusing, but let’s make it simple. Biden’s lawyers claimed that courts do not have the power to strike down decisions made by a president or his federal agencies. This is an insane claim that violates over 80 years of legal precedent.
Biden is basically saying, “I can do whatever I want through federal agencies and judges can’t stop me.”
That’s the kind of thing tyrants and dictators say, not presidents elected by free people and limited by a Constitution. But this is nothing new for the most morally bankrupt and corrupt administration in American history.
Biden has long defied the rulings of federal courts, even the Supreme Court. After all, the courts required his administration to keep the Remain in Mexico policy in place until a final ruling. He never did that. The Supreme Court itself required Biden to keep the border secure. He never did that.
It seems Biden refuses to obey the rulings of a court created to check his power. That’s a very big problem.
Unless federal courts take the extra step to ensure Biden is obeying court rulings, it seems Biden will do whatever he wants–the courts be damned. His lawyers basically said as much in this hearing.
Even Biden-appointed Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson appeared shocked by that statement. It seems the justices were united it rejecting this wild argument. And for good reason.
If Biden can get away with ignoring judges over this one case, where will it end? Biden will do whatever he wants without listening to the courts or Congress. He will become what many accused Trump of being–a power-mad dictator who will rule for life.
