After Country Star Headlines Concert for Victims–Crowd Breaks Out in Amazing Response

Although the media has moved on, Florida residents are still suffering from Hurricane Ian. The storm was one of the strongest that has ever hit the state–with homes reduced to rubble from shore to shore.

The governor has vowed to raise funds to help every last resident displaced. And a few patriots in the country music world have done their part to help bring awareness and raise money to help these Americans. Country music star John Rich headlined a show to help victims rebuild.

And during the event, the crowd wowed him with their response.

Conservative country star John Rich posted a patriotic video on Twitter showing concertgoers at his show singing “God Bless America” after he and other country stars raised money for victims of Hurricane Ian.

Rich, 48, shared a great clip on Sunday of a crowd singing at the star-studded “Boots on the Sand” benefit concert. The event was held on December 1 and raised more than $1 million for hurricane relief. [Source: Daily Wire]

The clip shows a packed-out crowd holding up lights as Rich leads them in singing God Bless America. The crowd joined in, singing along with one, powerful voice. The night was a success, bringing in over one million dollars to help victims of the storm.

More than that, the moment was a powerful reminder of what makes America wonderful. Despite the problems our country is facing, despite the MSM trying to divide us, Americans stick to their values and celebrate their home.

You won’t often see this kind of display of patriotism in other countries. Many, even in Europe, look down on such sudden and heartfelt expressions of love for a person’s land. They are quick to criticize their homeland and focus on all the negative things about their history.

(Which, not surprisingly, is what Democrats in America love to do.)

But there are millions of Americans who refuse to give up on their country. They love this land and their neighbors. And they give what they can to help those in need.

Because that is the American way.

In recent days, John Rich has been blasted by the music industry for his support of conservative values. He has all but been blacklisted by the industry–being forced to resort to releasing his music independently. But his recent tracks have reached number one on iTunes and streaming services, proving that the left can cancel someone who refuses to quit.
