I don’t have to tell you that most of Joe Biden’s top staff are useless. Honestly, I can’t think of a single person on his team that actually knows what they are doing. But some are much worse than others.
It’s clear one particular agency head was given his job as a political favor. He is grossly unqualified for what he is supposed to do. And frequently, he fails at the job. He was recently blasted for doing something a Trump official was fired over. And, for the second time, he was found neglecting his job while a massive crisis was erupting.
Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg vacationed in a famous tourist hotspot in Europe as the threat of a rail strike threatened to grind the U.S. economy to a halt.
The Washington Free Beacon reported that Buttigieg left the U.S. for Porto, Portugal, on August 29, just days before Amtrak started canceling trips in anticipation that workers were going to strike…
The report said that while the nature of Buttigieg’s trip was not known, it appears that he did not want anyone to know about it as he tried to maintain the illusion on social media that he will still in the U.S. [Source: Daily Wire]
What a scumbag. This is the second time the so-called Transportation head was MIA during a crisis. When the supply chain crisis was exploding, leading to empty grocery store shelves nationwide, Buttigieg was unreachable because he was on “paternity leave” (full disclosure, Buttigieg adopted a child with his gay husband–he does not have a wife).
Now, just as a rail workers dispute could lead to an even bigger catastrophe, this imbecile was vacationing in Europe. And he tried to hide that fact on social media, trying to make it seem like he was still in the US.
Call me crazy, but I’d expect the head of the Department of Transportation to be heavily involved in a possible rail workers’ strike. Yet not once have we seen this pampered, self-important, career politician do anything to help America.
It seems like he was given this comfy post as a reward for helping Biden win the nomination in 2020. Previously, Pete Buttigieg was a disgraced mayor whose administration was under federal investigation. He cheated the people of South Bend, Indiana, proving he is not qualified to lead. Yet he was given this high post in the Biden administration, so he could apparently vacation whenever he wants.
Just imagine what would have happened if a Trump official was caught doing this. If there was a crisis going on back then, and the top man responsible for addressing it was AWOL, the media would have flipped out. Even Trump would have fired a loser like that.
But because it is one of Biden’s stooges (who happens to be part of the protected LGBT cult), the media says nothing. Even though his negligence could have led to a strike that would have destroyed the US economy.
Pathetic.
