With Republicans in charge of the House, Joe Biden can kiss goodbye his radical spending spree. Kevin McCarthy will not raise the debt ceiling without big spending cuts. Biden won’t negotiate, but he’s going to lose in the end.
But it gets worse for old Joe. Some seriously strict Republicans are now in charge of deciding government spending. And they are going to make sure America stops throwing away our cash overseas. In fact, they are already working on a plan to make sure one of Biden’s cash cows is put down for good.
Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) told Breitbart News in an exclusive interview that he believes he and other conservatives would separate Ukraine funding from must-pass spending bills…
America has so far provided more than $113 billion in military and economic aid to Ukraine…
“I don’t see that happening again with me and Chip Roy and Ralph Norman on Rules [Committee]. I don’t think you gotta hide these things. In these votes, I think, all we can ask for is separate vote on Ukraine,” he said. [Source: Breitbart]
Republicans in the House plan to end giving away our cash to Ukraine. They will separate the bill to send even more billions to the foreign country from must-pass spending bills. That was the left’s trick for funnel billions to the military-industrial complex.
They stuck money for the Ukraine war into bills that had to get passed. So, if Republicans voted to block Ukraine spending, they’d also be voting no on funding the government. Now, Republicans will be removing Ukraine spending from these other bills.
They will force Ukraine spending to be a separate bill. Chances are, enough Republicans in the House will refuse to pass a Ukraine spending bill. Which will bring our spending on this endless… to an end.
Americans have long stopped supporting Biden’s mad dash to give away our cash to Ukraine. Biden has already spent over $100 billion to help this war keep going. That money isn’t going to help feed Ukrainian refugees, mind you. It’s going into the hands of defense contractors, who make bombs and guns.
They get the money and Ukraine gets more resources to keep this war going on forever. Biden is doing this, not to help Ukraine, but to keep special interest groups in D.C. happy. Meanwhile, Ukraine thinks it can keep fighting–because we are bankrolling them.
How about we stop paying for a war we are not a part of? Maybe Ukraine will sit down for peace talks? But Biden and his buddies don’t like that!
But perhaps, once again, they will be disappointed.
