Radical Black Activist Learns the Shocking Truth–Can’t Accept Her Own Family Tree

God help you or your children if you live in a predominately liberal community. These days, Democrats want us to believe America is evil, because it was “built on slavery.” All our Founding Fathers’ virtues and accomplishments don’t matter–because there were slaves in America. That one sin is enough to wipe out our heritage and traditions.

But the left’s real goal is to destroy American values, history, and identity and replace them with Marxism. Democrats have become the Trojan horse for communism. And they are slandering America’s Founding Fathers and all white people to do it.

Many people who spread this ideology (sometimes called critical race theory, sometimes called by other names) are radical black activists. They particularly hate America’s history–and often brand all white people as being racist. One of these activists was featured on the PBS show that explores a person’s family tree. I guess she was expecting to find out that all her ancestors came from Africa.

Nope!

Radical black activist Angela Davis was visibly shocked when she learned that she was a descendant of the pilgrims on the Mayflower…

During her interview, host Henry Louis Gates, Jr. revealed that she is a descendant of one of the original passengers on the Mayflower, William Brewster…

“No. No, no, no, no,” she responds, still laughing in disbelief. Finally, she collects herself. “Oof. That’s a little bit too much to deal with right now,” she says…

Experts were able to map Davis’s family line through Jones all the way back to William Brewster, an original signer of the Mayflower Compact and a leader of the Plymouth Colony.

Also in the episode, Davis’s maternal grandfather was a white Alabama lawyer and state legislator named John Austin Darden. Through Darden, she is the descendant of a man named Stephen Darden, a drummer born in Virginia who served in the Revolutionary War. Darden then moved to Georgia, where he owned a farm and at least 6 slaves. [Source: Daily Wire]

Huh. I guess that whole “pay black people reparations for slavery” thing doesn’t sound so inticing now, does it Angela? Self-described Marxist and black activist Angela Davis found out that, on her father’s side, she descended from a man who came over on the Mayflower.

Now, to millions of Americans, that sounds like good news. To learn one of your ancestors was a Pilgrim who helped found America? That’s amazing! But this is a radical, black activist who spent most of her life hating white people and our Founding Fathers. She did not like hearing this!

On top of that, on her mother’s side, she is descended of a white lawyer from Alabama. And he descended from a man who fought in the Revolutionary War and owned slaves.

So this black activist who wants to dismantle our heritage and history is descended from the very people she hates. Pretty ironic, huh? The woman was visibly shocked and upset to learn this.

Now, if I were optimistic, I’d say this would open her eyes. Learning this would change her radical views and make her more appreciative of a land that can let people change for the better.

Instead, she will either forget this, cover it up, or go harder at erasing our history. Leftists are very good at refusing to learn. She might be no different.
