When Donald Trump was president, he began to enforce our immigration laws. This triggered liberal states, which quickly declared themselves to be “sanctuaries” for illegal aliens. Countless border jumpers flooded to these parts of the country, where Democrats refused to hand them over to federal authorities for deportation.
Well, apparently one liberal city was late on the draw. Only last week did they announce they are a sanctuary to criminals who violate our laws and jeopardize American lives.
This move only encourages more illegals to cross over the border, posing a major risk to border state Texas. Millions of outsiders have trampled Texas’s border, destroying towns and communities. So, Gov. Abbott decided to celebrate this liberal city’s announcement… by adding them to his bus route.
A busload of 42 migrants arrived from Texas in the recently self-declared sanctuary city of Los Angeles. Texas Governor Greg Abbott added Los Angeles to his list of destination cities for his migrant busing program.
“Texas’ small border towns remain overwhelmed and overrun by the thousands of people illegally crossing into Texas from Mexico because of President Biden’s refusal to secure the border,” Governor Abbott said in a written statement. “Los Angeles is a major city that migrants seek to go to, particularly now that its city leaders approved its self-declared sanctuary city status.” [Source: Breitbart]

Boom! Texas Gov. Abbott has been wrecking havoc with liberal cities who refuse to do anything about the border crisis. He has sent mayors’ heads spinning, when he bused illegals to New York, Chicago, and Washington. Hey, these folks love illegal aliens so much, why not take a few more?
Now, Abbott will be sending illegals to Los Angeles, just days after the city council voted to become a sanctuary for illegal immigrants.
Democrats have refused to respond appropriately to these buses of migrants. Democrat mayors have grandstanded, accusing Abbott of using these illegals as “pawns.” But none of these cities have called out Biden for neglecting our immigration laws.
This crisis is only happening because Joe Biden refuses to deport illegal entrants into the United States. He has prohibited Border Patrol from doing its job. DHS is simply rolling out the red carpet for cartel members, human smugglers, and sex traffickers.
Yet Democrat mayors are upset at Abbott? He didn’t start this crisis. And his requests for help from the administration have been ignored. If Democrats really cared about their own cities, they’d demand Biden deport these illegals and secure the border.
Until they do that, all their talk is cheap.
