Biden Agency Cracks Down on Constitution – Americans Exposes Joe’s “Backdoor” Tyranny

Many Americans believe Biden’s policies have been violating their constitutional liberties. When he first entered office, Biden pushed a vaccine mandate that might have cost millions of Americans their jobs. Biden’s neglect of the Southern border has jeopardized communities’ safety, not to mention the jobs market.

But that all appears to be the tip of the iceberg of this administration’s aggressive agenda. One of Biden’s agencies surpassed both Obama’s and Trump’s records for revoking American business licenses. And now, Americans are fighting back against a shocking move against a fundamental right.

Firearms dealers are pushing back against the Biden administration, which has begun to revoke licenses at an unprecedented rate, causing dealers to file lawsuits and/or threaten to stop informing federal agencies of suspicious buyers in reaction to the perceived government overreach.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) has revoked the licenses of 122 dealers since October, which is up from 90 last year, and 27 in 2021. Under Joe Biden, the ATF has been aggressively revoking the licenses of firearm dealers across the country. Not even Obama tried to shut down business owners this intensely. Trump and Obama only revoked around 80 licenses. But Biden is on pace to revoke the licenses of hundreds of firearm sellers in the country.

Police fear this is going to make it much harder to fight crime. Licensed firearm dealers cooperate with law enforcement. Businesses that legally sell firearms have to follow federal rules. It means someone has to pass an ATF background check before they can purchase a gun.

But with more and more sellers getting their licenses revoked, it means that gun trafficking will only rise. People who can’t legally buy a gun will merely go to underground sellers. That means, those people who do want to commit a crime, will buy a gun without any background checks or paper trail.

One shop owner has accused Biden of using “minor paperwork errors” as a means to “erode the Second Amendment.” Some have said this is a “backdoor violation” of our right to bear arms.

Republican Rep. Matthew Rosendale claims that Biden is “weaponizing federal agencies to target and harass hard-working Americans.” Biden has made it his agenda to push severe gun control. Congress has not been able to pass bills he has demanded. So, it appears he is resorting to federal agencies to undermine Americans’ ability to legally buy and own guns.
