The Supreme Court Hears Trump Ballot Case – Moves to Decide Election Fate

For months now, we’ve heard about bitter, anti-Trump goons trying to block the former president from appearing on the 2024 ballot. These hateful liberals think they can rob Americans of their right to vote for the candidate of their choice.

They have used the 14th Amendment as a flimsy excuse to steal the election. The vast majority of states have rejected their claims. Except for Colorado’s Supreme Court. This group of progressive liberals condemned Trump before any trial was held. And they struck him from the state’s ballots in a shocking, unprecedented move.

This inspired the secretary of state of Maine to do the same. Now, the U.S. Supreme Court has heard arguments in favor of blocking Trump from appearing on ballots. And it seems the court’s questions have tipped their hand.

Justices in the US Supreme Court listened to arguments from Colorado-based attorney Jason Murray and former President Donald Trump’s lawyers on Thursday about whether Trump will stay on the ballot for the Colorado primary, and subsequently other states’ ballots. Arguments from the justices seemed to indicate that they will side with the former president in the case…

Through the justices’ questioning of Murray, it seemed to indicate wide agreement that Trump will remain on the ballot in their final decision. Nearly all of the justices appeared skeptical of the Colorado case, including some of the more liberal justices.

Justice Elena Kagan questioned Murray, “The question you have to confront is why a single state should decide who gets to be president of the United States.”

Others on the court pressed Murray on the matter as well. Justice Samuel Alito appeared skeptical of the power of states being able to take similar actions as well. [Source: The Post Millennial]

Once again, the Supreme Court appears to be the final bastion against Democrats’ attempts to destroy the country. After hearing arguments from a lawyer representing anti-Trump morons from Colorado, even the liberal justices were skeptical.

They basically accused the Colorado Supreme Court of trying to single-handedly decide the next President of the United States. After all, if Trump is removed from their ballots, it deprives him of a chance to win electoral votes.

That would cripple his ability to win an election—robbing Americans of their say in who should lead us.

Of course, if Colorado can get away with this, so can any other state. Blue states will quickly kick Trump—and perhaps others—off their ballots. And red states won’t be far behind, kicking Biden and others off theirs. How long before our entire democratic system collapses, because bitter, hateful people can’t stand the thought of Americans putting Trump back into the White House?

Make no mistake, Democrats will do everything they can to undermine the next election. They don’t care how much damage they’ll do to the country, so long as Trump is kept from winning. Heck, they elected a senile crook to the White House in 2020. What won’t they do?
