Conservative-led states continue to fight to protect the rights of American families. Several states in recent years have passed laws that prevent liberal activists from pushing their ideology onto students and children.
One state recently passed a law that outraged Democrats so much, they took it to court. Yet again, the battle reached the U.S. Supreme Court.
The court will help decide if this state law will stand. But in a shocking blow to the radical left, the court ruled that the law can stand while the court battle rages. And liberals aren’t taking it easily.
On Monday, the US Supreme Court ruled that Idaho can enforce its ban on sex changes for minors pending appeal.
According to NBC News, the court granted an emergency request filed by Idaho officials, stating that the law enacted in 2023 could go into effect statewide, but could not be applied to the two plaintiffs that raised a challenge to it.
The court ruled 6-3, with the court’s three liberal justices saying the law should have remained blocked in its entirety…

The Supreme Court ruled that an Idaho ban on transgender procedures on minors can stand—as the court trial drags on. This law prevents the use of drugs and surgeries that alter the normal function of children’s bodies, to confirm to radical transgender ideology.
Numerous Republican states have passed laws that prohibit doctors from performing such procedures on children. This issue has become increasingly important to parents, as Democrats are aggressively pushing transgenderism through public schools, children’s TV shows, and other forms of entertainment.
Some Republicans have accused Democrats of trying to “groom” children by indoctrinating them with this ideology. Democrats fiercely deny such claims but continue to oppose laws that protect children from irreversible procedures.
President Biden’s White House has come out strongly in support of transgenderism for children. He has even threatened to pull federal funding for school lunches for states that refuse to accept the left’s views on gender.
