Many blame President Biden for Russia’s hostile moves around the world. Under Trump, Russia had been kept in check. But Biden’s apparent weakness seems to have emboldened the nation. European countries have been forced to fill the gap left by Biden’s lack of leadership.
Recently, fears jumped when France revealed it was going to send troops into Ukraine. This will be the first time NATO ally troops are on the ground during this war.
Russia is not taking this lying down. The hostile nation has only sought a reason to escalate the conflict. Now, a top Russian leader has made a shocking threat. And this could lead to a dreadful consequence.
Russia responds to Ukraine’s claim that it will soon be welcoming French troops to its borders by threatening to kill them, saying they would not be immune from military action.
The chief of Russia’s foreign service Sergei Lavrov says Russian forces consider NATO — specifically French — troops deployed to Ukraine as legitimate targets and, furthermore, that he believes the French are already there. [Source: Breitbart]
Russia stated that any foreign troops in Ukraine would be targeted and killed by Russian soldiers. If that is the case, it wouldn’t be long until a much larger conflict erupts across Europe. It is not far-fetched to see other NATO nations rush to fight Russia in response without thinking of the consequences.
But that is just the tip of the iceberg. In the vacuum of global leadership created by Joe Biden, Russia is joining China to exert its influence around the world.
Russia is preparing to deploy aircraft and combat naval vessels to the Caribbean to conduct military exercises in the coming weeks, its first exercises in the Western Hemisphere involving both air and sea activity in five years…
The Biden administration is not expressing concern over the deployment, with the official stating it poses “no direct threat to the United States.” But the administration believes Moscow intends to use the exercises as a “messaging tactic” after President Joe Biden gave Ukraine permission last week to fire U.S.-made weapons across its border into Russia to defend its territory. Biden, as usual, is sleeping on Russia directly moving military assets in the U.S.’s backyard. Russia will be conducting “military exercises” in the Caribbean, just a few minutes away from the U.S. coast. Biden is doing nothing. Yet the administration admits this is a response to Biden letting Ukraine attack Russia with American weapons.
Biden and his NATO cronies are only making the situation worse. Instead of fighting for peace, they are fanning the flames of conflict and war.
