Elon Musk is raising the alarm over Harris, based on something she said not that long ago.
Musk is no stranger to calling out liberals and their failed policies. He has openly endorsed Republicans—including Donald Trump. This has outraged people in the tech and business worlds, who used to idolize the billionaire. But he’s not slowing down. And he gave Harris a new “nickname” over her climate views.
Tech billionaire Elon Musk slammed Vice President Harris as an “extinctionist” in response to a resurfaced video of the vice president discussing the “climate anxiety” young people have felt when thinking about their futures.
“Shamala is an extinctionist. The natural extension of her philosophy would be a de facto holocaust for all of humanity!” Musk wrote Saturday on the social platform X, which he owns.

When it comes to shaking up the political scene, Elon Musk never disappoints. The tech mogul and Twitter owner recently stirred the pot by bestowing a new nickname upon Vice President Kamala Harris. In his characteristic bold style, Musk dubbed Harris “Extinctionist,” raising eyebrows and sparking debates across the nation.
Musk’s audacious label came in response to what Harris said during an event in September 2023. In the video, Harris claims that young voters are feeling “climate anxiety.” She stated that many young Americans are suffering from “fear of the unknown” over the threat of climate change. Harris even said that young adults are too scared to have children, over the overblown environmental alarmism coming out of the Democratic Party.
Donald Trump Jr. posted the clip to X, suggesting Harris is warning people from having children over the climate. Vice presidential candidate JD Vance reposted the video, saying that Democrats “don’t want young people starting families.” This isn’t an extreme accusation to make. The left has long blamed humans for “climate change” and has shamed people who want to get married and start families.
Elon Musk’s attack on Harris, calling her an extinctionist is consistent with his advocacy for people to have many children. The innovator has warned that the human population has been declining, due in part to liberal propaganda like this. In a short time, we might not be producing enough people to keep human civilization going. Countries like China and Japan are already facing this kind of extinction and are scrambling to find solutions.
Musk called out Harris because her—and her party’s—climate ideology could discourage enough people from having children that we’ll face extinction. Musk is one of a few wealthy Americans who want to have many children. Most of the liberal elite have very few children. Many climate alarmists have called for a radical reduction in the human population.
