Ex-CNN Host Tries to Gaslight Voters, Is Schooled by Blue State

The legacy media are doing a full-court press to trick voters into liking Kamala Harris. This vice president supported Biden as he tanked our economy and let in 10 million illegal aliens. Despite this, the liberal media wants you to think Harris will finally do what Democrats have been promising to do for years.

The gaslighting has been so strong over the last few weeks, Democrats seem to think it has been working. Guess again, kiddos!

Disgraced former CNN host Don Lemon decided to go to a liberal state to gauge voters. He asked people on the Atlantic City boardwalk who they were learning toward in the upcoming election. I guess he thought that because he was in Jersey, these folks would fall over themselves to praise Kamala. Instead, this Democrat got a rude awakening.

In the 2-minute clip, Americans told Lemon various reasons why they would be voting for Trump or thought he would win, including the economy and lack of experience. Instead of listening to their concerns, Lemon told the man how great the economy was and that everything else was just a figment of his imagination…

Thankfully, the cameraman got the guy’s reaction, which was to laugh at Lemon’s smug face. [Source: Daily Caller]

In a move that might have seemed like a good idea on paper, former CNN host Don Lemon took a trip to Atlantic City to gauge voter sentiment ahead of the upcoming presidential election. But what Lemon probably didn’t expect was the cold splash of reality he received when he actually started talking to the people.

Armed with a camera crew and that trademark smug grin, Lemon strolled the boardwalk, asking voters who they planned to support in November. The question seemed simple enough: Would they choose Kamala Harris or Donald Trump? The answers, however, were anything but what Lemon was hoping for.

In a 2-minute clip that has gained 3 million views on X, voters didn’t hesitate to let Lemon know where their loyalties lay. Person after person voiced their support for Trump, citing reasons that seemed to baffle the former CNN anchor. The economy, in particular, was a hot topic, with voters lamenting the current state of affairs under Biden and expressing hope that Trump could turn things around.

One voter’s comment summed up the mood perfectly: “The economy’s a mess. Trump knows how to fix it. Harris? She’s got no experience, man.”

But Lemon wasn’t about to let those opinions slide without a fight. With a condescending smile, he attempted to school the voter on how things “really” were. “I know you feel that way, but that’s not actually what the record shows. The economy is actually better under Biden,” Lemon shot back.

Instead of sparking a debate, Lemon’s attempt to correct the voter led to one of the most telling moments of the exchange. The voter, clearly unimpressed with Lemon’s lecture, simply laughed in his face. The cameraman, clearly understanding the gravity of the moment, captured the reaction perfectly. It was the kind of laugh that said, “You’ve got to be kidding me,” and it quickly became a symbol of how out of touch Lemon seemed with the very people he was trying to sway.

And that’s where Lemon’s venture into Atlantic City turned into a full-blown reality check. Despite his best efforts to convince voters that they had it all wrong, the folks on the boardwalk weren’t buying what he was selling.

For Lemon, this was a trip that didn’t go according to plan. He set out to gather support for Harris and left with a collection of soundbites that painted a very different picture. The former CNN star, who once commanded prime-time TV, now found himself being schooled by everyday Americans who had no problem telling him exactly why they planned to vote for Trump.

As he walked away from the boardwalk, Lemon might have been wondering how things went so wrong. But for the voters of Atlantic City, the choice was clear—and no amount of spin was going to change that.
