Donald Trump is returning to the White House. And millions of Americans take a collective sigh of relief. After four years of disaster, America is poised for a massive comeback.
You might expect Joe Biden to be outraged, right now. He viciously ran against Trump in 2020. And he vowed to reverse all of Trump’s policies. But in a twist that nobody saw coming, President Biden invited Trump to the White House. And trust me, I’m as shocked as you are!
You know how it usually goes – these post-election meetings between winners and losers are typically about as warm as a January morning in Alaska. But hold on to your hats, because what I’m about to share might just blow your mind.
President-elect Donald Trump told The Post Wednesday that he and President Biden “both really enjoyed seeing each other” when they sat down for a historic post-election get-together in the Oval Office.
“It’s been a lot of work on both sides and he did a very good job with respect to campaigning and everything else. We really had a really good meeting.”

In what can only be described as an unexpected turn of events, President-elect Donald Trump told The Post that he and President Biden “both really enjoyed seeing each other” during their historic post-election meeting in the Oval Office. I know, I know – I had to read that twice myself!
“It’s been a lot of work on both sides and he did a very good job with respect to campaigning and everything else. We really had a really good meeting,” Trump revealed, adding that they “got to know each other again.”
Now, we can expect Donald Trump to be in a good mood. He’s returning to the White House riding a massive wave of victory. But look at that smile on Biden’s face! Is he just happy to be done with all this political mess? After January, he will surely disappear into private life. Maybe he’s enjoying the fact that the weight of the world is off his shoulders?
Or perhaps he knows this means Republicans won’t bother investigating him anymore? Or maybe, just maybe, Biden was bitter over how his party forced him out. Some even think he and Jill voted against Kamala, after her hostile takeover of the nomination. Regardless, it seems old Joe is genuinely happy to see a man like Trump take over the office.
Look, I’ll give credit where credit is due – it’s refreshing to see some basic human decency in Washington for once. But let’s not kid ourselves here. This meeting is just the first step in what needs to be a complete overhaul of the disaster we’ve been living through. And believe me, I’ve been watching this stuff for decades – this is just the calm before the storm of real change that’s coming.
The fact that Trump can maintain such composure and professionalism, even after everything that’s happened, just shows you the kind of leader he is. And between you and me, that’s exactly what we need right now – someone who can be tough when needed but also knows how to act presidential when the moment calls for it.
