Kristi Noem Warns China is Running a Travel Agency to Smuggle Spies Into America

Kristi Noem just went on FOX Business and laid out what might be the most terrifying intelligence briefing any of us have heard in years — and she did it in plain English, which is probably why the mainstream media is pretending it didn't happen. The former Department of Homeland Security Secretary and current Shield of the Americas special envoy told Maria Bartiromo that the Chinese Communist Party is running what amounts to a full-service travel agency to funnel military-aged men into the United States through both borders.

But sure, let's keep arguing about pronouns and whether math is racist. That seems like a great use of our time while a hostile foreign power literally buses infiltrators into our neighborhoods with matching luggage and fake papers.

Noem described intelligence showing a highly coordinated operation using fake documentation, prepared travel routes, and transit hubs spread across Latin and South America. This isn't desperate migrants looking for a better life. This is a pipeline. A planned, funded, organized pipeline built by people who want us dead.

"We saw very coordinated attacks of people coming into this country from China," Noem said. "Countries that I have worked with in Latin and South America have told us how they had Chinese operations set up for people to fly into their countries, almost like a travel agency would be."

Let that sink in. Foreign governments in Latin America are telling us — directly — that China set up shop in their countries specifically to move people north. And what kind of people? Noem didn't mince words.

"Overwhelmingly, the testimonies have been that they were the same-aged individuals, young, mainly men, some females, but very much a coordinated attempt to get individuals into our country, to change our country," she said.

Young men. Same age. Coordinated. Handed packets of documents and supplies before being loaded onto buses heading straight for the American border. If this were a Tom Clancy novel, your editor would send it back for being too on-the-nose.

The numbers back her up. Federal data shows more than 22,000 encounters involving Chinese citizens at the southern border alone since late 2023. That's not a coincidence. That's not asylum seekers fleeing oppression. That's a logistics operation, and we all know who's running the logistics.

Noem connected the dots that Washington refuses to connect. The same country shipping fentanyl precursor chemicals to Mexican cartels — chemicals the DEA has been screaming about for years — is now shipping people through those same cartel networks.

"I wouldn't say, necessarily, we found ties to it officially, right to the government, but absolutely, Chinese businesses, those tied to the CCP, those individuals working with the cartels to make sure that the product gets into the United States," Noem explained.

Notice the careful language there. She can't say "the Chinese government" officially because that's how international diplomacy works. But CCP-tied businesses working with cartels? That's the government with a layer of plausible deniability, and everyone in that room knew it.

Her record speaks for itself. Before being fired from DHS in March, Noem reversed several of the open-border disasters left behind by Alejandro Mayorkas under the Biden administration. Her tenure produced record drug seizures totaling more than half a million pounds and helped trigger roughly 1.9 million self-deportations along with over 600,000 removals in her first year. The woman got results. Which is probably why she got fired.

As governor of South Dakota before that, she banned Chinese land purchases near military sites and challenged CCP-linked technology in infrastructure projects. She's been fighting this fight longer than most people have been paying attention to it.

But the line that should keep every American up tonight was her closing warning.

"And remember, China has a thousand-year plan to destroy the United States," Noem said. "They do not just build up their military. They do not just manipulate their currency or harm us with trade practices. They have a plan to kill our country from the inside by killing off our next generation of Americans. They will use every tool that they have."

A thousand-year plan. We can't get Congress to agree on a budget for twelve months, and our biggest adversary is playing a millennium-long chess game. They're not just building aircraft carriers and hacking our power grid. They're poisoning our kids with fentanyl and flooding our borders with operatives while Joe Biden spent four years insisting the border was secure.

The left will call this xenophobia. They always do. It's their favorite word for "shut up about things that scare us politically." But when a former DHS Secretary with access to classified intelligence goes on national television and says a hostile foreign power is running coordinated human smuggling operations through multiple countries to infiltrate the United States, maybe — just maybe — we should listen.

China isn't our trading partner. China isn't our competitor. China is an enemy running a slow-motion invasion, and the only people who can't see it are the ones who don't want to.
