The Texan governor has issued an executive order banning vaccine passports inside the state. On Tuesday, GOP Greg Abbott signed a measure prohibiting official agencies from asking for a person’s vaccination status.
This comes as the mainstream establishment pushes for vaccine passports as an enforced path of returning back to normal life. Abbott said that as Texans get back to normal life, however, that vaccines will always stay voluntary and private.
The governor also announced that the state will keep vaccinating more Texans without interrupting their personal freedoms.
