According to a new Fox News survey done between Jan. 16-19 with 1,001 American voters and an error margin of +/- 3%, the amount of American citizens who “strongly” support of Biden’s performance is at just 20%.

The poll asked: “Do you disapprove or approve of the job that Biden is now doing as president?” 47% of people approve, and 52% disapprove. Only 20% say they “strongly” approve, which is down four points from Nov. and matching October’s number. People who “strongly” disapprove are around 37%, which is down from Nov.’s high of 41%.

President Joe Biden also got a new low on another topic. 52% disapprove of his management of the covid pandemic, while 46% accept.

As for the American economy, 58% disapprove, and 41% approve. About foreign policy, 54% disapprove, and 41% approve. About border security, 59% now disapprove, and 37% now approve.

The survey also requested that respondents say who they would vote for if “the 2024 election happened today.” Only 36% said Joe Biden; 60% replied that they would “probably” or “definitely” vote for somebody else.

On certain issues, 85% are worried about “higher prices and inflation,” compared to 14% who are not; 81% are worried about higher crime, versus 19% who aren’t; 78% are worried with “political divisions within the nation,” versus 21% who aren’t.

When asked which party does better on select topics, Republicans outperformed Dems on taxes, deportations, crime, the economy, border security, and security overall. Dems scored higher on racism, climate change, coronavirus, health care, protecting democracy, education, and uniting the country.

More voters think “federal government policies” are “giving more to rising prices” at 48%, compared to 42% who think it’s the “effects of coronavirus.”

As for VP Kamala Harris, the numbers are not too great either. When asked about the VP, 54% disapprove, and 43% approve.

The survey also asked the people polled “if the midterms were today,” who would they vote for. The GOP candidates narrowly beat the Dems 44% to 43%.

This latest survey from Fox News is actually positive for Joe Biden. According to the RealClearPolitics average of survey, the president has a 54.9% disapproval number and a 41.2% approval number. Ten previous polls have Biden’s approval close to 45%, and even 35%.
