Federal Judge Hands Biden A Huge Immigration Loss

A US federal judge has stopped Biden’s plan to terminate Title 42, ordering agencies to keep it going because the cancellation order is likely in violation of federal law.

The verdict is a victory for President Joe Biden, but it’s also an advantage for the opponents of his lax immigration policy.

Biden wins because he can rely on Title 42 to slow the migrant stream. Many more migrants would come to the border if not for Title 42, forcing TV executives to air dramatic footage on the news. He may also take aim at the court when his pro-migration supporters want to point fingers for the Title 42 barrier.

Pro-American organizations also prevailed because they resist the last remaining barriers to immigration that Biden and his anti-white border chief, Alejandro Mayorkas, have proposed. Each month, Mayorkas is compelled to reject one-third of the new immigrants into the United States.

In April, Mayorkas exempted 137,000 illegals from Title 42 and permitted them to enter the country out of the 235,000 people who were detected at the border. However, he also allowed about 60,000 more people to cross over illegally. As a result, only 138,000 persons were excluded—and many of those will try again this month.

This Monday, Mayorkas had intended to stop enforcing the barrier. However, because of the court’s ruling, Mayorkas is not prohibited from exempting certain migrants from Title 42’s border fence.

Pro-American activists applauded the decision.

“The Biden administration has intentionally generated an exceptional number of unlawful immigration with Title 42 serving as the final barrier to its strategy to entirely abandon border enforcement,” said a statement from Dan Stein, leader of the Federation for American Immigration Reform.

Immigration has hit records under Biden. In March, 172,000 people were apprehended trying to cross the southern border — the most in 15 years. The numbers have plateaued since then, but they’re still well above historical norms.

Biden has tried to downplay the increase by saying that illegal immigration ebbs and flows depending on conditions in Latin America.

If this continues white people will be a minority by 2045. This same thing is also happening in Europe where the birth rates of white people are also below replacement level. The UN has said that mass migration will be needed to fill the “gaps” in the workforce.
