Liberals are terrified about what Elon Musk might do to Twitter. For years, the social network has been a go-to source for many Americans for news and information. But thanks to the socialists who ran the site, anything conservative or pro-Republican was heavily censored. And anything that was damaging to Democrats (including news about a certain laptop) was shut down.
Signs point to Twitter becoming much more open and fair, with Musk at the helm. This would end the left’s dominance of social media, making them much more vulnerable come election time. How can Democrats expect to steal elections, if they can’t use Twitter and other outlets to lie to the people?
So, it seems the heavily compromised and politicized Biden administration is going after Musk.
U.S. Treasury Department officials are reportedly looking at whether they have the legal authority to investigate Elon Musk’s recent purchase of Twitter due to his close ties to foreign governments and investors, which includes entities that are hostile to the United States.
The Washington Post reported that officials are concerned because “large foreign investors would have access to confidential information about Twitter’s finances — and potentially its users,” under the terms of Musk’s purchase of the company.
The report said that the FBI was also looking into potential counterintelligence risks posed by the acquisition this spring but it was unknown where the Bureau was currently at on the matter. [Source: Daily Wire]
This is so pathetically biased. Suddenly, Biden’s administration is worried that foreign entities might have access to users’ private data–because Musk bought Twitter. Uh… hello! The biggest social app in the world is owned by Chinese communists and Biden doesn’t give a crap.
We’ve seen plenty of reports that TikTok is just a front for China to monitor and spy on American citizens. Recent reports even revealed that the Chinese are tracking some users through this obviously compromised app.
But has Biden investigated? Has the DOJ or Treasury Department bothered to chase down evidence of the serious threat TikTok poses to the United States? Not that we’ve seen.
Yet, when Elon Musk promises to end lopsided censorship on Twitter and allow free speech, suddenly the government’s worried about foreign entities!
This is so hypocritical. It is yet more proof that Biden and his Democrats abuse their power to gain a political advantage. They don’t care about the well-being of Americans if it doesn’t also help them secure control over the country. TikTok is literally spying on millions of Americans? Meh!
