We don’t have to tell you Biden’s administration is full of losers. It seems as if Biden doesn’t look for qualified people to staff his White House. Instead, he selects the most left-wing, radical people he can find. In some cases, he seemingly hires people because of their “gender identity” without looking at their records. One of those staffers was arrested for stealing luggage at airports!
But that’s only the tip of the iceberg; most of Biden’s people are either radical socialists or political cronies.
Biden even nominated a radical activist to sit on the Federal Communications Commission. The FCC is a powerful agency that influences media in many ways. But his pick, Gigi Sohn, has a long history of being biased, deeply political, and an outright activist. Biden wanted this woman sitting on a board that could decide what you see on TV and online.
It didn’t go well for her.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Ranking Member of the Senate Commerce Committee, led the Republican opposition during Sohn’s confirmation hearings by highlighting her history of advocating for censorship of conservatives, hostility to Right-wing media, “brazen theft of intellectual property,” her conflicts of interest, her not showing “candor” with the committee, and controversial political donations that she made while undergoing the confirmation process. Wow. We all dodged a bullet, folks. Biden was trying to get a left-wing nutjob onto the FCC. A woman with a known record for advocating for censorship of conservatives. Sohn isn’t a neutral person who would respect people of various political views. She is an advocate against the First Amendment and would have used her power on the FCC to silence conservative news outlets and users online.
Not only that, but while she was being considered for this post by the Senate, she donated money to Democrat senators. The very people who could vote to confirm her appointment. Um… bribery much? Ted Cruz blasted her for that obvious scheme, saying if a Republican nominee had done this, the left would be “apoplectic.”
Cruz made such a strong case against this woman, that Democrat Sen. Joe Manchin joined with Republicans to oppose her confirmation. With the odds stacked against her, Sohn withdrew her nomination to avoid the embarrassment of receiving a no-vote.
Just the fact that Biden and most Democrats thought this woman should serve on the FCC is alarming. The left has no problem supporting government officials who have a marked political bias. This is probably why every federal agency today, from the IRS to the FBI, is tainted. Americans don’t trust the people tasked with serving them, because they all too often abuse their power to help Democrats.
