DeSantis Humiliates Joe Biden in Sudden Move – He’s Doing This During Emergency

Just a few weeks ago, Americans watched in horror as a wildfire destroyed the Maui town of Lahaina. The disaster cost the state billions in damages, with over 100 residents confirmed dead. Many more are still missing. It could take years, if not longer, for the small, historic town to rebuild–if it can.

Americans were disgusted to learn that, as the fires blazed, Joe Biden was on the beach. Biden had taken a vacation to Delaware, while Maui was being destroyed. He couldn’t even bother to give a statement to the media, as Americans were suffering. After the fire, he took another vacation, spending only one day to visit Maui and offer up some lip service.

This is typical of Joe Biden, a puppet president who is only concerned for his personal well-being. Another disaster is striking America even as we speak. A massive hurricane is pommeling Florida. Damaging winds and flooding could destroy numerous towns across the state’s Big Bend. But, unlike crooked Joe, the governor of Florida is doing the right thing.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signaled during a press conference this week that he will stay off the campaign trail for as long as it takes to get his state through Hurricane Idalia.

DeSantis arrived back in Tallahassee from Iowa on Saturday to manage the state’s crisis response as the massive storm prepares to hit the Big Bend area of Florida’s west coast…

“And you do what you need to do, so that’s what we’re doing; it’s going to be no different than what we did during Hurricane Ian,” he continued. “I’m hoping that this storm is not [as] catastrophic as Hurricane Ian was, but we’re going to do what we need to do because it’s just something that’s important.” [Source: Daily Wire]

Despite facing off against Donald Trump and a host of other contenders, Ron DeSantis is pausing his campaign travels to lead Florida during Hurricane Idalia. Unlike Joe Biden, who couldn’t be bothered to pick up a phone, DeSantis is back in Florida, overseeing the response. He provided guidance before the storm and he will be on hand to help with the recovery effort, once the storm has passed.

Last year, during his 2022 re-election bid, DeSantis spent three weeks managing Florida’s response to another hurricane. He was so proactive and prepared that even Democrat voters were won over by his leadership. DeSantis was able to get the power back on quickly and even get gas trucks refilling stations.

This is what real leadership does. A real leader puts aside his personal agenda to look after the needs of his people. DeSantis could have shrugged off this hurricane, delegating responsibilities to state officials. Instead, he did the right thing and is ensuring Florida residents aren’t left in the wind.

DeSantis is putting Joe Biden to shame. Biden couldn’t be bothered to look into the Maui wildfire as it was happening, even though he should have. He offered $700 to families who lost everything. But this is typical of Biden. He is not concerned with what’s happening in America, because he is just a figurehead wheeled out to sign papers when wheeled back away when not needed.

He shouldn’t only be voted out of office; he should be impeached immediately.
