After Federal Court Rules on Trump Ballot Feud – Donald Himself Issues Statement!

In 30 states across America, anti-Trump forces have tried to remove Trump from the ballot. Republicans have accused Democrats of trying to undermine U.S. democracy, through these schemes.

In two states, Colorado and Maine, supposedly partisan liberals decided to keep Trump from ballots.

But the battle is far from over. Yet another state heard a lawsuit demanding Trump be removed from the ballot. This is a critical state that Trump will have to win in 2020. And an Obama-era judge just made a decision.

An anti-Trump Republican, John Anthony Castro of Texas, has sued in at least six states to keep Trump from the ballot. He has used the same argument Democrats have been pushing, that Trump is disqualified to run under the 14th Amendment.

But a federal judge rejected the case, ruling that Castro had no standing to sue the former president. This is consistent with other states in which Castro filed lawsuits against Donald Trump.

Critics will wonder if Castro is working to help Democrats. He appears to be going out of his way to challenge Trump’s eligibility when his own chances in the election are slim at best.

Trump’s campaign was on hand to respond to the ruling.

“Today’s dismissal of another bogus, bad-faith, Crooken Joe Biden-engineered attempt to deprive Americans as a whole, and the voters of Nevada specifically, of their right to vote for the candidate of their choice is not only a victory for President Trump, but a victory for all Americans and the people of Nevada,” Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung said in a statement. Trump’s spokesman called efforts to remove him from the ballot “bad-faith” and “cynical.” Many have accused Democrats of trying to steal the election by kicking Trump off the ballot. Even Robert F. Kennedy Jr., an independent candidate for president, said removing Trump off the ballot was bad for the country.
