This New York AG Prosecuted Donald Trump – This is How NYFD Greeted Her

New York Attorney General Letitia James has staked her career on a vile, and unjustifiable crusade against Donald Trump. Previous New York prosecutors tried to find reasons to go after the former president. But they all gave up, knowing they didn’t have a case against him.

But James twisted truth, justice, and common sense when she launched her civil suit against Trump. She found a crooked judge who would go along with her bogus claim that Trump over-valued his properties. Judge Engoron violated the law and basic honesty to support a case that has so many holes, it could hold no water.

Despite this, James was successful in getting a guilty verdict, which banned Trump from conducting business in New York for years and fined him $333 million. It is likely this case will be thrown out in appeals. But it shows just how low Democrats will go to stop Trump. Even truth and law don’t matter to them anymore.

But we know why James did it—to advance her career. As a black woman in New York, you think she already had an unfair advantage given to her. But she needed to win credit with the city, so she could rise the political ladder. Who knows? Maybe one day she planned on running for governor or the Senate?

Maybe not. She recently attended an event with the NYFD. And this group of hard-working New Yorkers had something to say to this partisan hack.

New York Attorney General Letitia James ran into a tough crowd on Thursday when she spoke at a ceremony for the New York City Fire Department (FDNY).

The Democrat prosecutor was showered with boos when she walked onto the stage for the swearing-in ceremony of first responders, including Rev. Pamela Holmes, who was hailed as the first African-American woman chaplain of the FDNY, Fox News reported.

“Oh, c’mon, we’re in a house of God,” James said in an apparent attempt to quiet the chorus of boos. “Simmer down.”

Shortly after the boos stopped, James’ speech was interrupted by chants of “Trump! Trump! Trump!” [Source: Daily Wire]

You sow the wind, you’ll reap the whirlwind. Letitia James attended an NYFD event that swore in the first black woman chaplain. Of course, a progressive, political hack like herself would be there to soak up some of the glory of this “victory” for black women.

(Not that she had anything to do with Holmes’s success.)

But the firefighters who were there had no love for James, who is best known for distorting law and order to get at a man she had no connection to. These firefighters booed her—no doubt over her attacks on Trump.

If anyone wondered what their motivation was, they made it clear when they started to chant “Trump! Trump! Trump!”

Many people like New York is a leftist cesspool. And in many ways, it is (I speak as someone born and raised there). But there still is a beating heart of hard-working, real Americans in that city. And they don’t appreciate woke con artists like James thriving—while they risk their lives to protect the city.

James had the gall to invoke God’s name during the row. I guess, for progressives, when race and gender fail to get you credit, you try to use God to protect yourself. But it didn’t work that time, not by a long shot.
