Special Counsel Hur Exposed Biden – Revealed These Shocking Facts Before Congress

Special Counsel Robert Hur was the DOJ officer chosen to investigate Biden’s documents scandal. While Democrats were screaming about the few documents Trump had at Mar-a-Lago, Biden had been holding onto many more at his office and garage.

The egregious crime triggered a thorough investigation. After months of probing, Hur shocked Americans when he said he would not recommend charges—despite Biden clearly breaking the law.

Hur explained Joe wouldn’t be convicted by a jury, because of his advanced age and rapidly fading memory. This report might have done much more damage than a trial. Biden and the White House have scrambled to discredit the impartial DOJ investigation. Hur spoke before Congress to discuss his findings.

And we are learning much more about the crimes Joe and his allies committed or tried to commit.

In his opening statement, Hur confirmed Biden “willfully” retained classified documents, including handwritten notebooks and several documents in his possession from his time as vice president…

Under questioning from Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., Hur told the committee one claim by Biden during a press conference after the report was released was “inconsistent” with what he found in his investigation…

Hur concluded Joe Biden used his classified notebooks “liberally” during hours of meetings with his ghostwriter who was tasked with compiling his memoir. Biden received an $8 million advance for this book deal, according to the report. [Source: Just the News]

Special Counsel Robert Hur revealed some damning pieces of information during his congressional hearing. He revealed that, despite what the White House is saying, Biden “willfully” kept classified documents. While Trump might be in the clear for holding onto such documents because he had the power to declassify them, Biden as vice president had no authority to take or declassify any of the documents he took.

He essentially broke federal law to hold onto many classified documents for nearly ten years.

Hur indicated that Biden was lying when he said he did not share this classified information with anyone. The investigator revealed that, at least once, Biden shared classified information with a man tasked with writing his memoirs.

Hur went on to explain that Biden was paid an $8 million advance for his memoirs, meaning he had a financial interest in keeping and sharing those classified documents—despite the fact he was breaking the law.

He even revealed that there was an effort by Biden’s ghostwriter to destroy the documents Joe shared with him. That amounts to an attempt to destroy evidence in a federal investigation. And Hur reaffirmed his assessment of Biden, that his memory is deteriorating, saying Joe answered “I don’t know” or “I don’t remember” about 100 times over his interviews.

It’s clear Biden is in hot water over this investigation. While he might not face trial over these crimes, this could be used against him by Republicans in the coming election.
