Polls seem to indicate that Americans believe Hunter Biden is guilty of something. It appears the son of Joe Biden, a former senator, vice president, and now president, has enjoyed special treatment because of Biden’s status.
Republicans have even claimed Hunter is getting special treatment during his trials and investigations—because of who his father is.
As it turns out, they aren’t that far off the mark. Even as Hunter is being investigated for serious crimes—and is facing several trials—he is enjoying a luxury few can imagine. And you are paying for it.
A new report shows that the Secret Service spent more than $4.5 million between 2021 and 2022 protecting Hunter Biden while he was living in his $6 million home in Malibu, California.
According to financial transactions obtained by the Daily Mail through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, the agency spent nearly $30,000 a month to rent out the property next to the president’s son.
The report also noted that the agency spent more than $2.8 million on government credit cards, $1.12 spent on hotel rooms, and $632,071 was spent on rental cars. In total, the agency spent $4,596,747 to protect the president’s son during that time, not including the cost to pay the agents. [Source: The Post Millennial]
In just one year alone, the U.S. Secret Service spent over $4.5 million to protect Hunter Biden. While he was living in his $6 million home in Malibu, the agency spent $30,000 a month renting the house next door.
It also spent $2.8 million on credit cards, $1.12 million on hotel rooms, and $632,071 on rental cars. And that is not counting the agents’ salaries.
A man accused of conducting a bribery ring for former Vice President Joe Biden is being treated to special protection—all on the taxpayer’s dime. Many Americans think Hunter Biden should be in jail—not being given free security while living in his mansion.
Republicans believe Joe Biden used his son to secure money from foreign entities in exchange for access to the former vice president. Investigators have provided ample documents and witness testimony which seems to prove this. Yet Democrats have ignored these serious allegations, apparently over partisan loyalties.
